The Railroad Museum of Minot
The Railroad Museum of Minot has proudly stood by Mouse River Players in the past – now is the perfect opportunity to rise and show our support!
Magic City Express
In the summer of 2024, our board Secretary, Lin Knickerbocker, discovered an insightful article about the flood control project.
The loss of the seasonal train ride income would be a significant downturn of support for the non-profit, volunteer run Railroad Museum of Minot.
The Magic City Express is temporarily closed for important maintenance and improvements.
However, it presents us with a unique opportunity to innovate and explore new possibilities for engagement and community involvement.
Together, we can transform this challenge into a valuable opportunity to rally support for the Railroad Museum of Minot. The headquarter is located at 19 1st St Northeast in downtown Minot,.
This challenge allows us to foster a deeper connection with our rich history.
Let’s unite our creativity, resources, and passion to help this cherished institution not just survive, but truly thrive and become even more relevant in our rapidly changing world!
Seize the Chance to Make a Difference
The members of the Railroad Museum of Minot have always shown incredible support for Mouse River Players.
They have actively shared valuable insights and impressive displays for productions featuring railroad themes.
Our season schedule this season included “Murder On the Orient Express”.
Therefore, we recognized this as a fantastic opportunity to showcase the power of community collaboration and inspiration.
Igniting the Spirit of the Orient Express in Minot
During the captivating performances of January’s “Murder on the Orient Express“, we decided to do what we could to help.
Accordingly, the MRP board enthusiastically decided to direct all fishbowl contributions to support the incredible Railroad Museum of Minot.
Together, we can make a difference!
Embrace the Journey Ahead
On Saturday, February 1, Nancy Pearson from the Mouse River Players Community Theatre proudly uplifted our community by presenting a check for $506.00 to Golden Melland, President of the Railroad Museum of Minot.
This contribution exemplifies the power of coming together to support our partners and make a difference!
The Railroad Museum of Minot has limited viewing times Saturdays from 11:00am to 3:00pm
