How Do Flex Passes Work?
A Flex Pass is basically a voucher that may be exchanged for tickets for upcoming events. It is meant to be flexible, so you can use it for any combination of tickets during the season.
Each pass includes five vouchers that may be used for one ticket at each of the five season show, or all for one show, or any combination that works for you.
How Do I Get My Tickets?
Your passes are connected to your email address and your name, so our box office staff can easily retrieve your pass if necessary.
Ordering tickets online is very simple. At the top of the ticketing page is a block that says: “Are you a Member or Pass Holder?” with a button to sign in. Click the button and enter your pass code when prompted. If you don’t have your code, click “forgot code” and enter your email to sign in and retrieve your code.
Select your tickets and apply the passes to your order during checkout.

What Is the Price of Passes?
There are two levels of passes available.
For adults, the current price for each pass is $70 (+$4.30 each for credit/debit card purchases).
For seniors, students or military the price is $60 (+$3.80 each for credit/debit card purchases).
Why Should I Purchase a Flex Pass?
- You will save $1 each on tickets purchased using the Flex Pass.
- Flex Pass holder will have advance access to all event before the tickets sales for each show opens (approximately 5 weeks prior to the show opening)
- Want to bring a friend? You may purchase additional tickets for $1 off the listed price with your flex pass redemption.
- Sometimes, thing happen that would prevent you from attending an event after redeeming your passes. Not to worry, flex pass redemptions may be refunded, returning to the balance on your flex pass.
