How To Purchase Online Tickets

Purchasing tickets online at Mouse River Players is really quite simple. Just follow the steps below and the information on the screens as you progress:

  1. Pick the show that you would like to attend.

  2. From the list of performance dates, select the performance you would like to attend.

  3. Select the seats you would like from the seating chart. When finished, click on Confirm Seats.

  4. You will see a screen with the contents of your cart.

  5. If you are purchasing tickets for more than one performance, click on the Continue Shopping button.

  6. When all seats are selected, log in using your email address and password if you have already created one, otherwise click the button labeled “Create Patron Account”.

  7. Enter or update your contact information and click Save and Continue.

  8. On the payment screen, there are some options. If you would like to add a contribution to your purchase, enter the amount in the box provided.

  9. If you have purchased season passes, they will be shown on your payment screen. (You did log in the with same email address that you gave when purchasing your season passes, right?). To apply the season passes, or a friend pass, click the blue “Apply” button next to the code.

  10. If you have sponsor passes, a gift certificate or a coupon, enter the code in the box provided and click apply. If you have additional pass codes, repeat the step for each code.

  11. Your total balance will be adjusted to reflect the passes entered. If the balance is not zero, enter your credit card information to complete the purchase.

  12. You will receive an email shortly with a link to print your tickets.

  13. Print out the tickets and bring it with you to the theatre.

  14. Enjoy the show.

Performance admission is by Season Ticket or individual performance ticket purchased online or at the door.

Mouse River Players Community Theatre now accepts cash, check, MasterCard, or Visa.
